About
We got tired of watching good engineers do bad work.
Not bad-at-their-job work. Busywork. The kind where a senior developer stops mid-feature because someone pinged “is prod down?” for the third time this week — and the answer, every time, was already sitting in a stack trace nobody read.
FlowTux started as an internal tool. We were running support for our own product and watched the same failure loop happen daily: an error hits Sentry, a customer pings Slack, an engineer gets pulled out of deep work to do triage a machine should have already done. So we built the machine.
What we actually believe
- 01
Most support tools retrieve. We think AI should resolve.
A chatbot that finds the right doc is a search engine with a personality. We wanted something that reads your actual codebase, finds the actual cause, and — where it is safe to — runs the actual fix. Retrieval was the easy 80%. We built for the hard 20%.
- 02
Tools should get smarter, not just faster.
Most AI support tools re-read your repo on every ticket. We build a persistent map of your code once and keep it updated — so month six is smarter than week one, not just quicker.
- 03
Early is a feature, not an apology.
We are a young company. That means no bloated legacy product, no six-week implementation, and a roadmap early customers still get to shape directly with the people building it — not a product committee three layers away from the code.
Where we are right now
We would rather tell you the truth than dress it up. If a claim on this site matters to your decision, we would rather you check it yourself than take our word for it.
Customer logo wall
We are early, and we are not borrowing credibility we have not earned. The trial is free and takes one channel connection to see real triage on your own tickets — that is the proof, not a testimonial page.
SOC 2 Type II
The audit is in progress, not complete. We do not claim certification until it is, and we will post the report the day we have it.

The team
Kushagra Mishra
Cofounder
Kushagra runs AI strategy, product, and business operations at Mecverse, the studio FlowTux was built out of, and now leads that work for FlowTux directly. His background is in making sure what gets designed actually ships, scales, and survives real usage — not just demos well. He does not separate the technical side of the product from the business side of running it: same person, same accountability, both ends.
Connect on LinkedInWhere we are going
We want FlowTux to be the layer every internal signal — chat, error tracker, repo, email, WhatsApp — lands on before a human has to get involved.
Not because humans should not do support, but because the repetitive 60% of it should not need them to. If that is a problem you have today, we would like to hear about it.
