We also collect service and operational information required to run Flowtux effectively, such as device metadata, diagnostic logs, ticket content, integration settings, usage events, browser type, IP address, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and account activity history. Where customers connect third-party systems, we may process the data necessary to enable those integrations and customer-facing workflows.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate business interests, and your consent where consent is required.

You may withdraw consent for optional marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in those communications or by contacting us directly. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal information, and to object to certain processing activities. You may also have the right to appeal a denied request where required by law.

To protect privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. If we process personal information on behalf of a business customer, we may direct the request to the relevant customer, which controls that data.
